I'm finding it hard to keep up with commenting on my posted discussions (and I've only done a few!) as well as on other peoples discussions that I have commented on.
Is it a requierment to comment on every comment?I was told to do it, but it truely seems and impossible task. And some of the comments are just,well..stupid.
I can't find anywhere in the mylot faq that commenting on comments is requiered- so why is everyone saying that I have to do it?Help! I'm going comment screwy!

ok,here is the thing..mylot doesn't encourage us to reply to those who respond to our discussions because it doesn't bring us any money but i like to do it ,first of all because it gets the discussion going and that is my whole purpose when i start it,not just to make some extra cash, and secondly, when a fresh response is added the discussion gets on the first page and other people will see it and respond,so this helps you..as for going back to the discussions you have already responded to,it helps you gain some more money and it is fun, because you can actually exchange opinions on that subject, not just answer once and then go ahed to other posts..i do come back when i have the time and when i remember about a certain topic that i liked and i gave a nice answer and i am curiouse about what that person replied to me...it is hard to keep up with everything but i try as much as i can...i also stopped accepting everyone as a friend because my list became bigger and bigger and most of my friends were not active ones so i deleted most of them and now it's easier for me to keep up with their discussions...oh well i talked enough,if you have further questions i will be happy to answer..i don't claim to be a proffesionist but i just give my opinion

Thank you so much! I was under the impression that I had to answer EVERY comment- even the ones that made no sense or were stupid and only like 2 words.
You have taken a huge burden off my back, I can now spend my time talking about whats important...yipee!
Thank you so much!

It is not a requirement but people like it when you comment. So if you want people to like you, start commenting. I am so worried about the workload that I have not started discussions for some time.

Commenting on comments is very much like work.
I just found one of my old articles has a ton of comments that I didn't know about. I feel so guilty for not commenting on the comments! But I'm afraid to comment back now, because that person will be notified that I commented and they might come back and comment AGAIN, then I'll have to comment on the comment that they commented on my comment that I commented back to when they commented on my article. ::wipes brow::
I'm scared.
