My hair

I was at the salon one hour ago. Washing and straightening is just $1. I'm now drinking porridge. My hair is now clean and soft. This can stay another two to three weeks before I wash again. I would like to plait but I haven't decided yet if I need to braid them again. So I'll just comb it daily now that the texture is soft. How do you maintain your hair?

Wow! Only a dollar? That's worth the price. Here in my place it will cost me much to have such hair treatment.

Yes. That's the cheapest here. But I would wash my hair myself, it would cost half a dollar for it to be straitened and dried.

@DaddyEvil I wish it was longer so I could sell it but it seems to be stuck at neck length for many years.

Your hair looks lovely and shiny. That treatment seems very cheap, but of course we would have to compare that with wages etc in your country. Here hairdressers are rather expansive, a simple cut is about £30 and other treatments such as colour are far more. But then I haven't been to a hairdressers for more than 20 years, I trim my own hair and also cut my partner's hair and the girls too.

Here a simple cut is $1. Here color treatment is around $5 to $10 but some saloons charge higher depending on their location and the services they offer. The prices vary. The treatment I got is $3 in some salons that are located in luxurious places and can go up to $7. Thank you. It was shiny because of the oil they applied, I had to wipe it after getting home because I wouldn't want to stain my pillow at night.

I paid $75 USD for a trim and blow-out for Pretty's hair a year ago, if that helps any.

@DaddyEvil wow. The trim and blow out would only be $2 at the saloon in my estate.

It looks beautiful, but $1? It cost me between $150 to $300 every month at my hairdresser.

Wow. That's quiet expensive. It must only mean the salary there and the standard of living is high for many people compared to here

Glad to know about it. It really feels good once we get it set. I am able to maintain my hair well by oiling it once a week. In winters, its little hard to maintain as hair becomes very dry and scalp gets flaky too
