So, this is what I have learned

Last week I complained of low back pain, but now I feel better. I learned from this incident the following, through research and from my own experience:
1. Stand up and walk around every few hours from sitting in front of the computer
2. Not lay down too long but try being mobile because lying down can aggravate the pain.
3. If the pain is so severe when moving, even after first aid and medications for a day, I learned that I would have to go to the hospital because extreme pain can indicate broken bones (spinal cord) or secondary symptoms of other serious primary conditions, such as diabetes and metabolic diseases.
4. Impacted fecal material can also cause back pain, so make sure you have a regular bowel movement.
5. Applying warm compress to the area can help alleviate the pain.
I'm happy I'm okay now, and can at least go about my normal routine.
Just sharing, in case someone has the same condition. Thanks to those who replied.
I hope these pointers can help others who may encounter the same problem.
