The Dog Was Naughty!

Came home from work a while back to find my boy Max had torn down all the blinds in the condo and chewed them up. As soon as I walked in he started running all around the living room - clearly very excited and ready for a good walk/run outside. Which we did, after we had a short discussion about what it means to be a "good boy" versus a "bad boy".
He was fine, I replaced the blinds that same night, and we made sure to get rid of his pent up energy. Doggy daycare had been closed that week, so he didn't get usual fill playing with dog friends.

It's all good - he's a really great boy and rarely does anything destructive. But when he does, he tries to go the extra mile! haha.

This is why I love cats. While they can be a handful, you can play with them once or twice a day and they'll wear themselves out. At least you had time to help him with that energy.

We have a cat, too! She and the dog get along so well. But yes - we love playing with our girl before bed to tucker her out so she sleeps soundly through the night. She's not nearly as much of a handful as the dog though!
