Have you heard about Toloka? / myLot

I am hovering my Google Play app and saw this Toloka app. It promises that users will earn something by sharing reviews or doing tasks. I got so curious that I downloaded the app. I haven't registered yet, because I am concerned with security issues. Maybe there are bots or virus and I am afraid that my accounts will get compromised. Anyone here who has an experience of this site? Thanks in advance.

I am not into earnings through apps though many are legit. I don't want to compromise my phone's security and memory for few pennies.

@kixsh101 Sites like Trendri and Forum coin have discussion where they talk about such apps. They are legit but what I get from the reviews are that they are very slow when it comes to earnings. And they do take memory space in your gadget. I don't want to slow down my system for few pennies that I might earn there.
