Losing Momentum

I am losing momentum and I have been so depressed recently. Like I don't know what to do and it seems I am living without a purpose already. Source of which is my being heartbroken, business failure and too many bills to settle. I feel like I am floating every day.

Depression is a really tough thing to live with. It's something I've struggled with for nearly twenty years. It's hard to tell from your post how severely you're feeling it, so this might not be relevant. Something I have found helpful when I feel lost and don't know where to start is to visit a site called "You Feel Like Sh*t". (I'm not going to link to it directly, because I think that's against the rules for posting and I'm new here; don't want to get into trouble on my first day.) It won't solve all your problems, but it does help with giving you some guidance in taking care of yourself and getting going about your day.

I hope you can feel better soon. I am not familiar with depression. However, I am grieving right now. Many days, I have to tell myself, "Up and dressed, do one thing." A long walk helps, I think and sometimes weep, but it helps my body feel better. Today it is WinterWalkDay. I signed up to walk outside for 60 minutes outside. It's -30°C! We'll see if I can stay out for an hour! Just some ideas. Take care

So sorry to hear. If you can afford, consult a therapist. If you are not then please communicate how you feeling to your dear ones. They might be able to help you out. Try to stay strong. Believe me these bad days will pass away. Take care
