Yes, another day has come to an end....this year is going by pretty quick already. How did I do today? Well...I will tell you. Weigh in: I went down to 178.2 (pre-hospital weight) down 0.8 since the day before. Blood sugars: Fasting - 124 Meal 1 - 130 Meal 2 - 143 Meal 3/workout - 104 So, what did I eat today? Meal 1 - Salmon (probably 6-7 oz) Ranch to dip it in. Followed that with a caramel cup (yes, sugar free/low carb) Meal 2 - Burger patty with mayo/sugar free ketchup About 10 carbs worth of fries Did an hour and 30 minutes work out - dancing Meal 3 - pizza wraps (zero net carb tortillas, pizza sauce, mini pepperonis and cheese) For dessert right after I had a "keto" brownie Macros for everything: Calories - 1,375 Protein - 84 Fat - 104 Net carbs - 21 Sugars - 5 I don't think I did too bad with carbs or my other numbers, even with having the fries. Yes, my sugar went up a bit but only 13. I should try a day with none of the higher carb items and see what happens. Just don't want to do that, lol. What do you think of my day of eating? If you are on a plan how did you do?

I think you're doing so much better than the other times you've tried to stick to a diet.

That is true, just getting frustrated with my sugars. Eating mostly carnivore today; although might have a little chocolate with my 2nd meal lol

@MommyOfEli2013 It will take a while to determine which foods spike your blood sugar.

@LindaOHio Well I know foods with too many carbs do. But some lower carb things seem to as well.

Not sure it is what everyone would want to eat...but if you want to go for it.
