Ah, what a lovely day yesterday. A day you just wanna kiss. And, speaking of kisses, here’s another song on my list of favorite songs with “kiss” in the title. I’m sure everybody knew this one was coming sooner or later, so here it is. #9: Kiss the Bride - Elton John Oh, sure, you think I’ll leave Elton off the list???? Come on! After a few years of less-than-stellar music (that’s by his own admission, mind you), Sir Elton got the wheels rolling again with 1983’s Too Low for Zero and really knocked it out of the park the next year with Breaking Hearts. This was one of three singles from that 1983 album (the other two being “I’m Still Standing” and “I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues”), showing that Elton was far from past his heyday.
