It's the end of February 7th....so I am back to share how I did today with food and numbers.
Weight - 177.6 (down 0.2 pounds)
Next, my blood sugars:
Fasting - 89
Meal 1 - 105
Meal 2 - 162
Meal 3 - 111
What did I eat today?
Meal 1 - 3 slices turkey bacon, string cheese and sugar free pudding.
Snack - sugar free jello
Meal 2 - Tuna sandwich using the 1 net carb bread
After that I had a "twix" cup
Meal 3 - 2 servings of deli chicken (for sandwiches)
2 string cheeses
and a caramel cup (not the twix one)
Macros for everything:
Calories - 1,201
Protein - 82
Fat - 75
Net Carbs - 16 (total 44)
Sugar - 6
I think I did okay, just should have not had the bread. After I finish this loaf I won't be buying anymore.
I did a workout between meal 1 and 2; got about an hour and 10 minutes.
Ended the day with a little over 10,000 steps.
What do you think of my day of eating? Did you do well if you are on a plan yourself?

I think you're still doing great. You are finding out what you can and can't eat.

@LindaOHio Well I am depressed, can't enjoy the foods I like anymore...
and the list of foods that I can eat is short. Why live through the misery

Yeah that list is getting shorter and shorter.
It's getting extremely depressing.

@MommyOfEli2013 Yes, I need to. It doesn't help that I haven't been to the pool in a while.

I just don't want to waste what I bought....it doesn't spike me extremely high at least. But yes won't buy it again.
Sorry to hear your weight is up....I would agree that when the scale is not moving it might be time to change things up a little.

@MommyOfEli2013 No it's not a bad diet. I have been told to eat more vegetables, greens and fish.

@MommyOfEli2013 You just need to find what you can eat and not eat. At least you are not at dangerous levels now

@wolfgirl569 Yes that is true, being at better numbers is good.

That looks great.
And once we know what spikes our sugar, we should just try to avoid that food. It's a good decision to not buy that bread again.
