What truly happened to me for the past few months?

While I'm staring at my surroundings and wonder "Why we are back to basic again?" We are just like re live in 8 years earlier because of the earthquake which is was 7.2 magnitude and its happened 8:20 am. I can still remember because I have a watch and I'm about to clean the house that time so I can still remember every bit of it of what is truly happened. Now this super typhoon Odette in international it was super typhoon Rai we didn't expect it that it was too strong and we suffered about 5 pm to 2 or 3 am that time and we didn't eat dinner that time, it was December 16, 2021. I can't sleep because my pants and under of it are wet and I was jealous of my brother because he sleep well after the typhoon. Me? I'm just staring at the ceiling wondering why we are in this situation like this again no signal, no electricity and I wonder how long it will come back. Till this day we have no electricity, but I'm still glad I'm still alive. I have a lots first time that time but the highlights is I spent alone during Christmas day it was day time because my brothers needs to go somewhere to visit some relatives, still not so lonely because our family friend invited me which I appreciated it, during New Year I'm still alone during night time until day time because my brother was on duty. I was eating nuts only. I'm truly appreciated that my boyfriend understands my situation that I'm in and our close friend which is friend also to my boyfriend that they calm me down and still understand the situation, even though I'm not in myself until this time I'm not fully back to myself because its so distracted to see the surroundings and the trauma because of the typhoon.
