I really wasn't in the mood to do to much cooking tonight. So tonight I an cooking buttermilk pancakes for supper. I few months ago I found a recipe onling for pancakes and tried it, they came out real fluffy and were real good, so I will be using this recipe this time to.
How many of you like pancakes and what are you fixing for supper?

I do enjoy eating pancakes every now and then. I am thinking about having some beef stew tonight.

Oh I love beef stew, that is if the person cooking knows what their doing. lol

@Scrapper88 That's mainly what I fix. Since it's only me, it's a lot easier to open a can then to buy everything to fix a pot of stew.

I've never heard of shrimp scampi, I'll have to look it up. One thing about it, 9 chances out of 10 I know I would like it, I love anything that has to do with shrimp!

I usually only have pancakes at The Pancake House---too much work at home which is why I found your saying "I really wasn't in the mood to do to much cooking tonight" funny--a lot less work in cooking a steak and warming up vegetables--see my post tomorrow!

I will have to check it out. It really didn't take that much time to stir everything together and then just fry them. The ingredents just called for flour, salt , sugar, butter, an egg and buttermilk. I just measure the right amount and mixed it together. The whole thing didn't take no more then 10 minutes at the most.

It is mine to, last night I had grits, eggs, saugage and toast, it was so good.
