Made up for the long day.

I posted earlier about my day. How we had an unexpected detour which made our day longer than we'd planned. I'm busy watching t.v. and doing things I would've done prior to leaving, had I not been worried about the van. So, that's always fun.
It's nice to turn a rough day around.

This reminds me of a line from the "Invictus" which is a short poem by the Victorian era British poet William Ernest Henley.
He writes, "I am the master of my fate/ I am the captain of my soul."
Yes, you can do what you want to especially that suits you or of beneficial to you.

This is very true. Like taking a bad situation and making it better. Agreeing to get the van looked at, instead of waiting until Monday.
