My stomach aches after drinking tea added with lemon

This afternoon at 2, I felt liked to drink tea and decided to squeeze 1/2 size lemon onto my one mug tea. After 2 hours drinking, I felt my stomach painful. I didn't like the pain and then severe pain followed as if wanting to blow me.
I didn't take anything. I just let out the pain which made me weak. After another hour I got LBM. I felt drained. I realized it's the effect of drinking tea mixed with lemon. It's the first time I did it and promised not to do again.
Sorry I can't stay here for too long, my body requires me to get rest. I felt tired after getting drained. I didn't take medicine. I am relieved now after all contents of my intestines were removed God 
.

I never had any issue drinking tea with lemon. Did you drink it on an empty stomach?

@louievill , I drink it at 2 in the afternoon. It is my first time doing it. It might be the acid that causes the pain.

@DianneN, it was only half size of the lemon. I am still not okay this morning. I told my students I cannot have virtual meeting with them. It might be next meeting on Thursday for my M/Th classes. I have 4 classes to meet this day, supposed to be first meeting, but cannot make it. They might think I am on Valentine's date hahaha. My stomach troubled me this Valentine's day

@cacay1 Oh my goodness, that really did a number on your stomach! Do you think maybe it could have been something else? I hope you do get that rest and feel better. I hate that about stomach aches and bad headaches - you just don't want to do anything. Oh yah, and on Valentine's Day - ahhhhhh!

@much2say,, Good morning from Ph, I am still not feeling okay. I cannot handle online classes this day. I cannot mange. I need rest. I feel I am drained. My stomach is upset ,gosh. My students might think I am on Valentine's date because I am absent.

@RebeccasFarm maybe also to me .I have to always heed of precautions.I remember I had difficulty walking after eating big shrimps, so my uric acid is abnormal

@LadyDuck, yes, I agree with that. It might be the acid, I squeezed half size lemon onto my 1small mug tea. I am still not okay this day. I announced to my 4 sections this day that I cannot hold virtual classes supposed to be our first meeting in second semester. I think they are happy hahaha because it's Valentine's day. Many of my students declared they're taken, gosh.

@brokenbee, I am sill not feeling okay. This day, I cannot manage to handle my virtual classes. My students might think I am absent because it's Valentine's day without knowing I do not have a Valentine hahahaha.

People with ulcers should not consume lemon
