Sometimes I want something to eat, to increase my appetite. So today I ate salted fish with chili paste. Accompanied by green vegetables. It tastes really good. Do you also like to eat salted fish? Or have you ever eaten salted fish? If not, then you should try it. Because it tastes very good when served with rice and chili sauce, or tomato sauce. Image is mine.

@Sreekala Yes, in my place salted fish is fish that is dried, and preserved using salt. So that the taste of the fish becomes salty.

I have eaten a lot of fish and always put salt on it. I don't see anything unusual with that. I eat all kinds of fish. I prefer fish to meat.

I'm not fond on salted foods, of any kind. My doctor said, cut out salt and so I did:) Your meal looks very tasty and I'm sure it was good!

@sinari Any food that's salt cured isn't good for the heart.

@kobesbuddy Yes, because we are forbidden to eat too much salt, or food that is too salty. Can cause hypertension. If we have hypertension, it will automatically damage our heart

Yes, you are right. Indeed, this salted fish is delicious when eaten. But because it tastes very salty, it's not good to eat it too often. Because it can cause hypertension. So it's not good for health either.
