It's everyday. I kneel down to reach something and my right knee is painful

Maybe it's the food you had eaten, because my father feels pain when he has eaten something that is high in purine...

I did have arthritis in my knees. Try giving up dairy and try dairy alternatives instead. There's soy milk, oat milk, plant based spreads and yoghurts. When I gave up dairy my arthritis completely disappeared. Try green tea without any kind of milk also.

@MALUSE You'd get used to it. I didn't like the taste of soy milk when I first started drinking it, but I got used to it and now I prefer it to cows milk. It's the cows milk that I don't like the taste of now!

Good for you. It's hard to bend my knees only but it does not hurt when it is straight

Avoid eating acidic foods. Also avoid eating shrimps crabs, oysters, they contain metal.
