@CarolDM It will be in the 30s by the time I go to bed and warmer in the morning. We're expecting rain. Then Thursday will be cold again. It's a roller coaster.

Good to see the pounds sliding off! You did very well. Hubs made me bone-in prime rib. The portions were so huge that we will have the rest for dinner tonight. Not dieting, but lost 1/2 pound since yesterday. Not complaining

@just4him light physical activity the day after a tough workout can help with delayed onset muscle soreness. Consistency will help your body adjust quicker to the regimen.
