My biggest problem is when my routine is messed up

Yes that's always been hard for me and messes me up emotionally and physically. I like variety, yes, and I can take a small amount of change but surprises or big changes really messes with me. On top of the crazy weather surprising me every day by zig zagging back and forth with temperatures, my daughter is having one of those weeks where at work she is having to cover her employees vacation shifts. So her and the other store manager is having crazy hours. 2 days she got up very early went to work and today she went in at mid shift. She hasn't had time to take the car in to get fixed and so I worry constantly she is going to get stranded out some where or not be able to make it into work. She usually has to bring me or "set up" what I might need while she is gone. When I first wake its very hard to think of what I might need while she is gone until I have coffee and can actual think. Don't you ? Yesterday was quite interesting. Woke up early 5 am and daughter was nearly ready to go out the door. Then I remembered, I needed to stay awake to let the doctor in at 10 am. because if I dosed back off, and didn't hear him and slept through, I would have the problem of getting scripts renewed and not have them on time. When daughter got home around 3, she didn't feel like cooking and ordered pick up. We had steak,baked potato, and salad. I worry over that too. that she will spend too much as she usually does and we won't have money to get the car fixed This post is getting too long. So do you find these days for the past couple years with nothing normal is messing you up physically, and emotionally ?
