I have been worried

I have worried about hubby. Sometimes he has slept as much as 19 hours out of 24. His brain is foggy. He forgets to eat. His hands are in a lot of pain. Today was a regular doctor's appointment for him. The doctor says the pain in his hands is likely from his covid 19 booster. It is okay for him to use the diclenofec gel. It actually is better for his kidneys than lots of acetaminophen would be. His blood pressure was dangerously low. So low that they would not give him the numbers. She took him off of three medicines. She will explain to the heart doctor why. He has been losing weight again. He is so tired he cannot remember to eat if I am not at home to make him. He does not wake up to eat. Both Bob and I feel better now that we have some answers. We hope it helps him a lot.

Maybe he needs some vitamin supplements for the fatigue and foggy brain. I am taking some Co Q 10 among other things that have sure helped me to feel better and think better. I just wonder if he is missing some things in his diet.

We take some vitamins, I take more than he does. CoQ 10 might be good, but while they are adjusting his meds I do not think he needs to add anything.

I hope that your husband can feel better soon without so many medicines to take.

Oh, they gave one back, and added another, but I think it is only temporary.

He felt well enough to put on jeans instead of khakis today.

@GardenGerty My doctor keeps "experimenting" like that, too. It's a pain in the tush, but will help eventually, I hope. Good luck to your hubby!

My friend had incredibly painful hands after one of her shots. They thought she had rheumatoid arthritis at first but now they think it was the vaccination. I haven't seen her lately but I'm pretty sure it's very much better than it was. I'm sorry Bob is so ill.

We have both had painful hands, and it very well could be the booster. I believe when winter is over he will do better as well.

Hopefully he can slowly start eating more again and that'll help him be less tired.

As soon as I read that he sleeps sometimes for 19 hours, I thought his kidneys weren't doing their job. When I was in college I had a kidney infection and I slept a lot.

Not only are they having some trouble, I think the meds are toxic. His doctor says the best thing he can do for them is to get out and walk. He is having urine tests and blood tests quite a bit right now. They will tell us if they find an infection.

I sure hope the best for him. I know it's not easy to see a loved one's health declining.

They are running some tests, but changing up his medicines has helped quite a bit. How are you doing?
