The long wait in finally over

Well I think I will finally cook my broccoli and cheese sauce. This is why I say that, Tuesday I went to the grocery store, I going to learn one day not to go shopping while I'm hungry, I bought way more then I planned to. Anyway, I seen some packs of fresh broccoli, I haven't had any in while and thought it would be real good, with maybe some fried potatos and some type of meat. I went around to where the milk and cheese was and was thinking about buying milk, but I decided to just wait to buy any, I thought I had some at home. Instead of cooking the broccoli that night I just cooked some sausage dogs and tatar tots and was planning on cooking a bigger meal the next day. Well the next day I had to go to the eye dr. my appointment was a t 3:15 pm, I thought since the dr is about an hour's drive, I would be back to the house around 5 or 5:30 at the lastest. Would you believe I didn't get out of the dr's till 6:30, I didn't get home till after 7:30! So I just fixed something quick to eat. Well yesterday it was around supper time, I took a piece of sliced smoked ham out and cut up some potatoes. When I looked in the fridge, I seen there was a little milk left in there, but when I opened the lid and smelled it, it was as sour as could be. So since I didn't have milk and didn't want to drive to town just to get milk, I put off having it again! Well today since I needed some other things, I went a got my milk and I am finally going to cook my broccoli! I sure hope it's good after all that. lol
