Coconut oil skincare

Ok I would like to ask you all I am watching a show on television and this girl on there is using coconut oil on her skin as a moisturizer has anyone else used it before as one or any other way please share please.

I have used coconut oil as a moisturizer. It feels good on the shin.

I massage my scalp with coconut oil. My hair feels nice and plump after that. I use coconut scrub for body wash for now but I'm thinking to mix coconut oil with cocoa (or is it cacao lol) powder and use it as a scrub/body wash. Just having fun experimenting with different stuffs

That is what I was wondering. I tried it on my hands because they get badly dry in the winter and it seems to be helping. I want to try it on my legs because they are dry really bad also.

I use a coconut oil spray, it's very light but very good for dry winter skin.

@Tina30219 I went to get the spray bottle so I could tell you it says, Coconut oil, weightles hydrating oil mist. It's made by OGX. I like the product, it's light and the scent is very nice, not overwhelming. I think it was about $6 or so, it lasts a very long time.

Coconut oil is best for skin and hair. If it suits you then you can use it.
