What Can We Do to Build on the Good Intentions behind The Social Network (mostly Twitter)

... is there a 'Twitter-equivalent' in other countries, or is Twitter's monopoly worldwide---Tower of Babel, but not trying to 'reach Heaven' or 'be higher than God' or whatever (and--just in case you think it might be--you can 'bring God to it'---you know, "praising him & sharing The Truth there").
Hank Green (brother of John Green--writer of THE FAULT IN OUR STARS--and the writer of a few books himself) explains how to do it ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWJyzceCtZE ... basically, 'do it right, and don't stop doing that.'
He's not too specific in the video about 'what to do' (except to use the Internet to shine a light on good things & not so much -to eliminate the bad things) ... or maybe he is more specific, and I just wasn't paying attention at that moment ...
What good things do you use the Internet (Twitter or your locality's version of it) to share?

Are you familiar with noise.cash? It's sort of like Twitter, but significantly different:
1. It allows users to tip you in Bitcoin Cash (BCH) if they like your status updates.
2. You can edit your posts.
3. You can post them to various groups (called "channels").
4. The community is multilingual (mostly espaƱol and Tagalog).
5. The people are a lot nicer (more supportive).

@pbashton Sometimes.
(If you meant to say "definitely," the phrase you're looking for there might be "Is the Pope Catholic?")
