There is a beautiful church in my city

This church is called Sacred Heart Cathedral and it started to build in 1863 and it was finished in 1888. I have been there for a few times as a visitor. It is still my first time to look at it from above and you can see the photo taken by a drone. Its shape is just like a cross and this is really amazing.

The major church of my native city is the "Duomo of Milan", built in 1386, it is an amazing building. Most Catholic churches are shaped like a "Latin Cross"

I hope you can visit. I got married in Italy, in Milan (our city) in the oldest Church in Milan, built in the year 380, very, very old.

Amazing!! Very beautiful. I thought that all churches have a cross look from the top. That's what one of my Christian friends told me.

@youless Even I can not say that with surety. I was amazed when this friend told me. I think all religious structures follow a pattern be it of any religion.

In Lichfield we have Lichfield Cathedral. It is the only Cathedral in England with 3 spires. Recently they erected a statue of St Chad outside it.
