Political-commentator (a.k.a. "comedian") Bill Maher explained it on REAL TIME with BILL MAHER last night. (I THINK it's in the segment from Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6R5G7pUXIXs but it's too early for me to be watching videos (people are trying to sleep! ) I AM looking at the transcript; and yes, this IS the segment ... it's where he brings up President Barack Obama's interview with Jerry Seinfeld, where Barry tells him that politics is like a game of football---it's a struggle, but there are many moments where you're given enough clear space to run the ball into the end-zone. And--with Republicans divided on 'whether January 6th happened the way it happened' & generally 'what the party's goals are'--Democrats have the space to win some voters back from the Republicans' mind-block. And not by 'telling Republicans how wrong they were,' but by "being fellow citizens" (talking about the weather, -the latest shows, -the sports, -the celebrities' relationships). What do YOU think they should do?

Which 'they' are you talking about? And I guess I want to know, "If you were in their shoes, what advice would you give your fellow party-members?"

@RebeccasFarm Are you "Republican being Truthful" or "Democratic lying ... about being truthful "?
