Taco Salad For Dinner

Taco salad for an early dinner today. So very good. The local Mexican restaurant has the best I have ever had. They serve it in a large taco shaped bowl. The crust is a favorite. It is very flaky. Three types of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, seasoned hamburger meat with sour cream and salsa. Photo is mine. Enjoyed every bite.

I do make it. I use tomatoes, a little onion and salt. I don't like mine spicy.

I love tacos. Anything Mexican is good. tacos is one of my faves so I just make it at home and share them with friends and they liked it. Sometimes, I made the shells from lumpia wrappers and they are great. MY favorite snack or any meal at any time of the day.

@CarolDM That taco looks so amazingly delicious! I love tacos. Nowadays I much prefer using the soft tortillas as the crunchy tacos always becomes a huge mess for me.

I'm going to have to make some tacos soon as Mike asked for some. I love when the crust is flakey. We had pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, and broccoli for supper.
