Covid causes wrinkles

Yep.
I've figured it out.
Two years ago when it first started my face was fairly unwrinkled. Now my cheeks have vertical creases in their middle.
And it has nothing to do with my being 70 years old.
I believe it's from wearing masks whenever I've gone out. Some people got rashes. I got wrinkles.
But I'll still wear a mask when I'm out in public. It'll hide the wrinkles.

I didn't have covid either, but because we have to wear masks to defend ourselves against it, I declare that it is the indirect cause of wrinkles. So there.

@BarBaraPrz I have no idea, my Mother had no wrinkles and I have no wrinkles and I am wearing the facemask every time I go out since Covid started, because it is mandatory here. May be the stress caused by the situation.

I thought that wrinkles were due to chemotherapy. I did not have many wrinkles (or a lot of other things) when I started chemo. But probably it was a premask syndrome. I would never blame them on my 76 years of age.

No, of course! Age has nothing to do with wrinkles

I have developed more white hairs, over the past two years+. I worry more than when I was raising two teenagers! Stress in general, speeds up the aging process. I have more wrinkles also, but not caused by wearing a mask. I haven't worn one for about six months.

I've had a patch of white hair since I was 12, maybe earlier but that's when I noticed it. (I'm actually a calico cat in disguise.)

@BarBaraPrz I never had gray hair until I was around 40 years old. That's when I went into deep depression and anxiety over everything imaginable. Now, my hair isn't dark brown.

Pimples, wrinkles, some people got rashes. I guess fabric masks are washable.

Wrinkles are a badge of honor!! It's possible that Covid caused the wrinkles since most of us have spent the last 2 years frowning
