The grocery store never has fresh tarragon

I have been wanting to make a simple pasta dish for the past couple of months but the store never has fresh tarragon. The dish is called Fettuccine Fines Herbes and is in my The Herbal Kitchen cookbook.
It calls for four different fresh herbs: chives, tarragon, flat leaf parsley, and chervil. I know better than to expect to get chervil so I just use the suggested replacement of extra parsley. Without the tarragon it is just parsley and chives with the pasta, ricotta, and parmesan cheese which is not really exciting.
Once again the Instacart refunded the tarragon. If she brings me the ricotta, parsley, and chives and use the dried tarragon that I have in the cabinet and never use. We'll see how that works.
I planted some tarragon seeds last week so hopefully they will germinate. That seems to be the only way that I'm going to get fresh tarragon these days.

The dried should work just fine for the time being. Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time, though.
