Even in my country we use cell phone technology with 2G lines and they reach 4G, as for the internet, it is very poor quality, companies are hardly arriving offering internet with fiber optics, the internet we have is very slow but at least it helps us to communicate with family and friends far and near here, I hope they continue the modernization process since only the government has cutting-edge technology but its people do not..

Trust me, the so-called cutting edge technology has its faults. In the U.S. 5G is still fairly new (only a few years old), and most everything still runs on 3g and 4gLTE. So, perhaps, your country isn't as far behind as you might think.
