HI! I just want to share how worries affects me. To be honest, I worry a lot . But the truth is, some of my worries never happened. This is jut to conclude to avoid worrying on the things that we are not sure of. Instead of doubting, pray and trust His will that everything will be okay :) Don't conclude early for things that isn't happening yet. What are thoughts about this? :)

Yup. One tends to overthink over time. For me, I usually pray.

@Mari_22 Yup! I starting to believe that praying has its miracle. I pray for the rain yesterday and it's really raining today!

People tell me I don't have a problem. Well that's because I don't get worries get into me. When I worry, I couldn't sleep and I hate that. So what I do is I don't let things get to me. I turn my attention to things that I enjoy doing so I could forget things that can make me worry.

You have to be you, and not listen to those who try to tell you otherwise. If you're worried, there's a reason for it, and you should embrace it.

Worry is very detrimental to our well being, but most of us do it.
