Heading to the Thrift Stores Today

I am so excited: I am heading out to the thrift stores today.
I used to go one day each week and hit 3 to 4 thrift stores each time, buying clothing and shoes to resell on eBay. Once Covid hit, I dropped that down to only one time per month. I was trying to get back into it on a regular basis but my husband doesn't like all of the clutter, so I only do it once or twice a month.
I also told a friend of mine who is a single mom that I will try to find some clothing for her baby who is in a size 4T. Since I don't have any grandchildren yet, this should be fun.
I love hunting for bargains so I am excited about my adventure today.

@NJChicaa Do you mean items like pots and pans, etc. for cooking? Yes, there are lots of things like that in thrift stores.

I heard you can make decent money reselling things through Amazon like that. I keep thinking about checking it out but then I'm like...am I too lazy to do this regularly?

I enjoy going to thrift stores and usually manage to come home with a few bargains. I hope you do the same.

I like going to thift stores and finding a bargain. I have found anymore, you can't find real good bargains at a lot of the thift stores. I don't know what they base their prices on, but I've seen some things that the price was high enough that you could buy it new for just a few more dollars. I like to go and look at books and sometimes clothing.

I totally cut out thrift shopping these past couple years - yah, because of covid. I started going again last fall, but stopped as winter approached since covid was surging again. But now I am going again, but not in full force like I used to. I can relate to your excitement - go get those super bargains today!
