Do overdue babies get more sharp?

Our little angel turned a week today
. I've been observing her and she is super alert. She knows where the breasts are once I carry her in my arms. The littlest of noises wakes her up and she's already lifting her head when I lay her down. And is bubbling normal right now because she is doing a little of that.
Secondly, my right breast has a sore and she hasn't allowed herself to suck on it
. Then lastly, whenever she's asleep, she stretches her arm to feel if I'm next to her and when I'm not, she screams out so we sleep in a cuddle
