Sometimes life just doesn’t go as planned and the past week or so has been a stellar example. My schedule has been turned upside down and nothing has gone quite the way I expected or wanted it to. Oh well, that’s life sometimes. I finished a project this morning that has taken much longer than intended. It was supposed to be a 2-day project at the most. But, as I said, life didn’t go the way I had planned and it took more than double that time. Regardless, I am still pleased with the result. I was doubly pleased when I looked at the back. On the front, I was scribbling “pebbles” pretty much blind. Dark blue thread on blue printed cotton is difficult to see. The back isn’t perfectly consistent, but it looks a lot better than I expected it to!
