Is this banyan tree? We have quite a lot of banyan trees here and some are even hundreds years old. They are very huge and they can block the sunshine in hot summer.

Hanging along the trunk and branches of this tree are roots, or resembling roots. That's why this tree looks very unique. It's also the first time I've seen a tree like this.

Hi, yes we also have that kind of tree in the city usually in the parks and old subdivisions. They are old trees and being preserved. Some similar trees also can be seen in forest areas.
