Last night we ordered Chinese food to be delivered for dinner. It was terrific. I could eat it every day.
We were tremendously busy yeasterday. We had to open a bank account up here, see the realtor to sign papers, and meet with the lawyer.
Of course the weren't exactly close to each other. So we were driving all day.
I will be glad when we can have everything finalized. They seem to thinnk it is possible to have everything all wrapped up in about three weeks. We are paying cash for the house so it should be all straight forward.
So today I will be sitting back and resting. I was in bed last night by 7PM. I have been overdoing so it's now time to settle and relax.
Here's hoping everyone out there has a happy, healthy, and safe day.

Enjoy your "day of rest". (I know how those usually go. You'll need another week of rest once today is over. )

@HazySue But the fun is usually worth the week of rest we need afterward.

Oh, buying and selling a home is so stressful, isn't it? And then the moving into it and organizing everything, phew! At least the buying process is not very complicated. Good luck with your new home

Glad to hear that things are coming together and everything should be wrapped up in a few weeks. I an relate to being exhausted after a day of running around like you did yesterday.
Enjoy your day of relaxing today
