i wonder how they are gonna do that...i hope not by checkin the number of responses...even the stupid ones get mroe response..i gues on the basis of rating...

i think mainly because mylot is expanding rapidly,so the owner can't pay more extra money like the repeating ones .so they improve the policy.

Yes i got that too. It is about time i think. This is because of people replying with one word answers and posting the same qoute over and over. Their posting should be deleted and credits given to people who have good topics and post.
