my morning routine

I first drink a glass of water and then have a stretch out exercise .The main exercise I mostly postpone mostly because am not good at committing. I then take a shower plus dress up which consumes most of my morning. I am always undecided on what to wear. I later make breakfast and off to work I go. It takes approximately 50 mins to do all this. What about you? How long does it take?

When I have something very important to go to, I prepare my clothes the day before. That way I don't have to spend time choosing what to wear. My son does the same.

You have a very good routine. Usually I will brush my teeth and wash my face after waking up. Then I will have a cup of coffee with my breakfast. Meanwhile I will dress up. Usually this will take half an hour and then I will go to work.

I get up, prepare coffee and breakfast. When finished I take a shower, I dress up and then wash the breakfast dishes and clean the kitchen. It usually takes 1 hour.

It varies because I don't plan what to eat or wear Just on the spur of the moment a decision is made what to eat and then what to wear

the important thing is to start the day by drinking water, because it's healthy

I take my time doing everything all day. I am retired and there is no reason to rush.
