Which one is the wiser option, go on holiday or start new business? / myLot

I am in confuse to choose where should i spend my saving. I am thinking about to go on holiday, because i need to refresh my mind. But in other way i want to start new small business and consider to resign my old job. I really in confuse right now. Which one do you think the wise desicion? or perhaps you can give me another wiser option.

Holiday can wait, IMHO, if resign from your job is one of your choice, you should make a back up plan, and i think, holiday is not one of them. Unless, your saving is enough for living, go a head.

I personally feel going on a holiday is not an ideal thing...plan your life accordingly

Maybe i should consider again about holiday, that why we need to talk and ask other opinion, so we can decide things wisely not emotionaly. Thanks you friend

A business is always a good idea especially while you have the money to get started. You can take a shorter vacation and save up for a bigger one later

I dearly love vacations, or to go on holiday as you say it. It does refresh the heart and soul. But if you are unhappy with your job and don't have a lot of options, or really want to start a business, you might be better off to wait on the holiday thing. I'm not you and I don't know your circumstances. Maybe take a day or two to do something interesting and then get back at it, whether it's to your job or another opportunity. Just my opinion, you are the only one who can decide what you want in the end.

@dwimua There are times in life that no matter what decision we make, it ends up being the wrong one. We can only do the best we can. I can really relate to the stress thing. It's been off the charts here for me, too. We have to hope it will get better and keep trying, hang in there.

I really had stressfull life lately, and thinking about to going holiday maybe good idea, but that just for a while, life must go on. And you are right, in the end it is on me. but I appriciate the kind advise that make me have another point of you and open my mind. thanks you friend

I am in a small city somewhere in Indonesia, things hard also here, all the price seem to be high, and the salary not change. To start a new business need alot of things to consider right, but i should go out from comfort zone to move on. You right my friend, whatever i choose I must sure and confident about it first. Thanks you for the advice

If you want to consider resigning from your job you should consider investing in a business first so that you have a steady income. You can think of your holiday later.
