Yesterday turned out to be a good day for food, not so much exercise. I was back to normal by early afternoon, thankfully.
Weight - 190.6
Food
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/Raisins and Cashew Milk, Banana, Irish Soda Bread
Lunch - Corned Beef w/ Potatoes, and Baby Carrots, and Irish Soda Bread
Beverages
3 Water
1 Tea
1 Milk
Grand Total
Calories: 1510
Fat: 60.8
Sodium: 3030
Potassium: 1973
Carbs: 177.5
Sugar: 58.9
Protein: 57.4
No exercise
My sodium should go back to acceptable levels since I finished off the corned beef and Irish soda bread yesterday. Though there is a potluck today in the community room, so they might still be high. I know one person is bringing a corned beef casserole. I'm doing my best to flush excess sodium from my system.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Well, I actually don't know how to really keep track.
But I hope my walking to town to buy stuff (orders, groceries...), then walking back home was enough exercise. Lol!
As for food, among the things I bought were hopefully healthier snacks (fruits and nuts) that I'm hoping to replace my usual snacks with (cookies and cakes).
Wish me luck.

Hello Valerie,
You seem to be doing good with what you consume though the sodium intake does seem relatively high. I wish you luck in taking your sodium to acceptable levels.
I don't do very well with the food I consume. I usually eat oatmeal and milk in the morning and fruits in the evening. But what I consume at other times of the day isn't that healthy. I really like unhealthy food and snack, so maintaining my health through food has always been a challenge for me. I usually do better with exercise, but nowadays, it's not that good either.
I'm trying to reignite my zest for exercising and also maintaining an overall healthier lifestyle. Hopefully, your health journey will continue to go well.

I am being very careful today, so my numbers are on target tomorrow for my doctor. BP, glucose level, they need to be down in the healthy range. But with Tawn, she speaks right up. If I'm doing something wrong, she lets me know point blank. This is good though, it keeps me from cheating too often.
