The big fight

Each day we wake up and theres word of another battle braking out somewhere in the world RIght now the battle that is at the front of the world leaders minds is the battle between vladimir putin and the people of Ukraine. The people of Russia didn't seek this war , the people or the government of Ukraine did not ask for this war and the soldiers of Russia are being lied to by vladimir putin and his thugs and are being forced to sacrifice their lives for his ego. Here at home in the US we are facing a similar war just not a war in the sense of guns and people being displaced due to their homes and businesses and schools and places of worship being destroyed. I ask that we put down our differences and look for a common ground as citizens of the planet.. There are a host of things that people all want no matter what side of the fence we sit. here is just but a few 1 Peace - we want to be able to go to school , work or place of worship or place of enjoyment with the knowledge and comfort that we can return home to our loved ones 2. Enough resources to allow our families to thrive- this means a Job that pays , affordable food , a health system to take care of us when we are sick regardless of our income. 3 a country that can pay its bills - we want a country and a society where we don't have to struggle to keep the lights on and we know we can meet our obligations. 4.Religious freedoms. - we want all people no matter they come from to be able to practise the fundamentals of their faith without the prosecution of another saying that his way is wrong . 5 Gun regulations - NOT GUN Restrictions - those who can and choose to own and operate a gun should have the freedom to do so but not at the expense of those whose lives are endangered by those who choose to use these weapons in a way of hatred. 6. Racial freedom- No matter if you are black or white or aisian or latino we all come from the same beginnings . God didn't give us different colors because he wanted to judge those who are different he gave us differences so we can appreciate each others differences. 7. A place to call home.- Home isn't a house its a place where we feel a sense of safety and a community that we can be apart of. I Hope we can built a better world together as one world not as a different kind of war. lets look to each other with kindness and love not as enemies and reach compromises together. Good fights for the truth and unties Evil fights for discontent and division Stand for what is right Not for what is seen. When you see someone running away be the one to run towards it and shake the issue with both hands. As long as evil exists the truth a the light must continue to fight . JFK said this : ASK NOT WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY. I would like to adlib that phrase : Ask not what your fellow man can do for you but what you can do for your fellow man.
