Alcoholism/drug abuse during pregnancy

statistically show over 19% of mothers have had drink or have done drugs while pregnant, for all we know it could be more, what is you opinion on alcoholism or drug use during pregnancy. personally i think it is extremely wrong, and if u are drinking during pregnancy you might as well get an abortion or should have protected !ntercourse. Even birth control will do, it is these reason why some children have mental and physical handicaps. If i was a mother and knew i was the reason for this i do not know how i could live with myself.
