A Question they might be Afraid to Ask at Hon. Ketanji Brown Jackson's Confirmation Hearings

(I know it doesn't make her any less-qualified in the long-run ... maybe I'm asking in order to help make boys-&-girls aware of what they need to do in order to get an office like Judge Jackson's ...) "Would Ketanji Brown Jackson have been able to get all of her qualifying experiences if she weren't Black?" Oh, she's definitely "done the work" that's just as worthy as it would be if she were Asian or Latina or Native American or White, but were there any 'diversity-hires' in her resume? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketanji_Brown_Jackson (And no, I'm not a Republican; in fact--when we said The Pledge of Allegiance (to the Flag of the United States of America) in grade-school--I'd occasionally mutter/yell-out to replace "Republic" with '... to the Democracy for which it stands ...'

Well I am certainly not going to research her resume or qualifications. But my intuition tells me there were a lot of diversity hires in her history. I will say the Pledge of Allegiance to this day if I want to and mean it. (that is if I can remember it) Good thing she is reading Winnie the Pooh tho with that serious looking white dude in the pic.

I'll look that up for you ... And hmm! I didn't notice "Winnie the Pooh" there
Happy Tuesday! I am going to admit right now that I have been doing a terrible job at having the kids recite The Pledge Of Allegia...
