8 am tutoring session

I honestly didn't think the student would show up but he did. He chose the time and told me he set the alarm so props for that.
That being said this child is so lazy that he won't do any work on his own time. I am literally just sitting here supervising him as he does the stuff he was supposed to do last week. 
He sent me a 5 sentence summary of a 50 minute video about the Body Farm. Yeah. Unacceptable. He is pissed that I am making him improve it.
Anyway it is easy for me because I don't have to really do anything except encourage him, keep him on task, and eventually grade what he sends me. Easy extra cash.

I hope for his sake he wakes up to what he needs to do. I'm sure you will feel better that you are not wasting your time doing what you always wanted to do. Teaching.

I wonder if he only kept his appointment to appease his parents? Doesn't sound like he's too invested in the work.

If his work is unsatisfactory, then he needs to revise it. If he's upset, oh well!
