News today talk about violence only.

On weekends it seems that the international news are asleep so nothing much is said. I think that the last piece of news I heard was about President Biden reaching Poland. The rest of the news is about people beating each other here. Lately, my country has had so much violence that it is a shame. Part of it is an excess of ilegal immigrants but I cannot blame it all on them. Even neighborhood that used to be quiet are now worried. I lived for decades in my house not bothering to close the windows during the summer. Now I close my house, have an alarm system and hope that Luna does her work as a guardian dog (although she only barks to other dogs). There are protests marchs everywhere. And people are so stressed that they snap for anything. How is it in your country? I blame this partly in the covid and partly on drugs.
