Dinner was good!

It had been a while since our family sat down and had a big meal together. Dad wasn't home since he was on a business trip, so when he called that he'd be back a few days ago, I took my sister over to cook dinner to welcome him home. I was glad she agreed to my proposal since I'm not a very good cook, and sure enough, I depended a lot on her tonight LOL. It's nice to be able to get together and see the faces of your loved ones up close. Have you had dinner yet?

I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner. I've had lunch today but not dinner yet. I'm having Brown Rice With Celery and Almonds for dinner tonight

Yes, it was delicious! I was a little worried that we'd fail and we had to order via a delivery app. Oh, that sounds nice! Do you often cook for yourself too?
