Spring Has Sprung

We got the first big bloom on our camelia tree this morning. You can see the photo above. Other photo is the evening view from my backyard. House appraisal went well and looks like our 2nd mortgage will go through. Just have to deal with some more paperwork and lawyer stuff which is annoying but necessary. Hope you all have a fantastic day.

I love camellias. My Dad always had white ones. They are gorgeous. So happy about your appraisal.
