My sister and I are planning to cook banana compote with coconut milk for iftar today. Truth be told, it is one of the Indonesian people's favorite iftar snacks for many reasons: it's easy to make, delicious, and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. There are several variations of compote. Apart from bananas, we could add sweet potato or jackfruit, but I prefer the classic one To make a tasty banana compote, chop the bananas and mix them with the coconut milk and brown sugar. Even if it's supposed to be a light meal, it tends to be filling. Since we don't have bananas and coconut milk, we will go shopping later What's your favorite banana snack?
Note: Thanks to Indozone for providing the photo.

Iftar is the time when Muslims are allowed to eat after hours of fasting. That's when the sun goes down

I'm not really into bananas but what I used to like making is a Lemon and peach couscous cake. It's delicious and it's a healthy alternative to cheese cake
