I have none!
A ton of it is due to depression but also some due to side effects of the medication I take for the depression. Chicken or the egg situation for sure. I’m hoping when I see my doctor next week that we can begin the very slow process of lowering my medications. When I say slow, I mean sssssslllllooooowww As in, it will take years to taper to a point I want to be at.
Right now it’s effecting my ability to have a job, socialize, do housework, and care for my pets even. So I’m very much hoping to get in the roar to improvements soon.

I hope that your doctor can help you and you get back to the regular track slowly. Sometimes we just need to give ourselves time. Things can take a while to settle down. Take care

I hope your doctor can help regulate your meds or put you on something different. The meds I am on help me 110% and don't have any side effects. Good luck.
