How do u interpret ur dreams?

I try to relate my dreams to people in my life n thoughts flowing over my mind in last few days,,,n hence somehow interpret what my subconcious is engrossed into... This helps me in solving those issues n giving myself a piece of mind.Interpreting my dreams helps me in talking to myself..understanding myself.....do u do that?n how does it help you....or some other way for the same... Can u tell me some better way?
