After the other half finishes mopping the hallway and it dries, I will go start dinner.
Tonight is one of our favorites. It is a variation of a recipe that I got from my grandmother in law.
I am making taco bake tonight. Pillsbury Crescent dough, refried beans, hamburger meat and cheese.
I will serve it with rice on the side and sour cream.
So that is what's going on here.

Burritos and taquitos from my freezer. With sour cream, salsa and cheddar cheese. Canned pineapple and home made guacamole.

I had a ham n cheese luncheon meat and smoked breakfast sausage sandwich for supper. Your dinner sounds MUCH better than mine was!

I had fried rice with lunch. It wasn't homemade though. It was from the local Chinese place. I have reached my rice quota for the day.

I think we're having stir-fry tonight with some beef steaks. It will be quick and easy.
