If water is really becoming rare

So in our country, they started saying that we're almost out of water resources and that it's becoming rare so we should try not to waste it bla bla .. they're even using Instagram influencers to spread the message. But what really bothers me is, if water is becoming a rare thing, why do we still have pools, why can anyone have a pool in his property. Why can we still allow people to have baths whenever they like .. I think baths and pools are not important !! You can shower, you can go swim in a private ocean.. Am I wrong for thinking that way ?

If you're not in extreme environment(Like desert),you always can find the water. What kind of water is rare?I guess it's clear and natural water is very rare.We need to protect the nature,so we can get enough natural and clear water, meantime,we can have a green life style.

The reality is that essentially water doesn't just disappear. It can be changed into different forms, but it still remains essentially there. Granted, certain climates can make it more scarce in the form we need it to be. But it is not simply going away.

@PhredWreck This would be a calamity. lol. But even then the water doesn't disappear. It evaporates into the air or gets wrung out into the sink. The only one that suffers is the dog who gets his butt kicked for dumping the bowl.

The earth still has the same amount of water, it just might not be as readily available in some parts of the world. The technology exists to convert sea water into drinking water, it’s just expense to do so. But if fresh water becomes scarce enough, then maybe it’s not too expensive after all. In the meantime, enjoy swimming in the pool! Haha

@moffittjc my country has it all, it has two Saharas, mountains and cities where it snows, and cities where it only rains in winter and a bit hot in summer. It's quite interesting.

Info might be fake. Fake news scattered on earth making people crazy. Water won't disappear in the planet.

@Babino , yes, water occupies 75% on earth even if there is long drought. People can dig the rivers and the lakes might become shallow but ever will it be dried up.

It is always right to save water and not to waste it. Of course some super rich people can still have something differently since they can afford it.

Well even if they can afford it they shouldn't. Or water used for pools and baths should cost more or something.

If it is so scarce there then yes not allowing people to fill their pools would be smart. Here in times of drought they don’t allow water sprinklers.
