i just watched the lastest video of one of my favorite yutubers, she was basically trying clothes from her billionaire friend's closet. it was full of supe expensive stuff, like very limitted edition chanel bags and stuff. and i cannot wrap my head around the idea of getting all these expensive things when half of them ain't even cute !! plus, you wear two different brands and you already look like a clown.
i get it when you get something expensive for the quality of it, but this ? just why ?!

Just because a father or mother are smart and make a lot of money doesn't mean their kids inherited the parent's brains or sense of style. Kids, even adult kids, are still kids. If it's expensive, it MUST be good!

@Babino I have always valued fiction over cost. Does that mean some of my clothes aren't cheep, yes, but I also don't see the appeal in name brands either.

I see your point and it's just a shame some people can waste money on over abundance of such things when so many other go without food and rent. If I had such money it would go on feeding lots of people not filling the pockets of fashion makers that are already too rich.

I like watching those influencers who can wear clothes from a dollar store and yet looking like a million bucks. A brand is like a trend; it fades with time, in my opinion.

People think expensive things equal quality things. I have never been one to care about how expensive something is. I will take a cheap off-brand if it fits well, is comfortable, and looks good on me. It doesn’t have to be a name brand or fancy brand to make me happy.
